Honest to goodness, I’m a beauty junkie. If there is a new beauty treatment, I’m always the first one looking to try it. Facials, nails, permanent makeup...you name it. I’ve been a lover of all  things beauty for as long as I can remember.

 

Right after high school, I went to cosmetology school. I knew even then that I wanted a career working directly with people, making art, and making people feel beautiful. I received my New York state cosmetology license in 2001 and began working with hair and makeup. As a freelance makeup artist, I’ve worked with fitness models, bridal parties, you name it. From New York to Florida, I’ve worked in cosmetics for MAC, Sephora, Estée Lauder, and Giorgio Armani. I found that makeup seemed to gift clients with a powerful emotional response by seeing themselves in a way that they may not have seen before.

 

The transformative magic of makeup has kept me passionate for the past 23 years. As microblading and permanent makeup came to the forefront of the beauty industry, I was re-inspired. I knew this was my chance to spread the magic of makeup in an even more meaningful way. The transition to permanent makeup has been a natural one and I feel fortunate to use permanent makeup to help women feel more confident or to simply help shorten their morning routine. Regardless of the desired result, the connections I build with my clients are the true gift of my work.
