Cancelation Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable. When scheduling an appointment  time is reserved just for you. In most cases that time can not be given to someone else without proper notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment your booking fee is forfeit. No shows or appointments canceled the same day of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled service fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule anytime up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. The booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment. Appointments rescheduled/canceled within 72 hours of service will require a new $100 booking fee in order to schedule.

Late Arrivals

One late client affects all clients scheduled that day. Please call if you expect to be late for your appointment. If we can accommodate your lateness, we will. If you arrive late in excess of 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be canceled. This instance would be considered a same day cancelation and will be charged 50% of scheduled service fee.

Refunds

The service fee is for time spent with you, therefore NO refunds will be given. We will work together to create a look that fits your unique facial structure. Please be mindful that not all faces are symmetrical. We ask that you examine and approve the pre-drawn shape before the procedure.

Day of Procedure

Immediately After Procedure:

  • Blot excess lymph fluid with a tissue for the first two hours post-procedure. This is important to prevent build-up of fluid that will cause a scab.

Beginning The Evening Of Procedure:

  • Gently wash brow in direction of natural hair growth with a gentle cleanser (ie. Cetaphil).

  • Gently pat the area dry with a cotton round or tissue. Do NOT use a towel to dry brows.

  • Once brows are fully dry, apply ointment gently in the direction of hair growth with either a cotton swap or a clean finger. Only a "grain of rice - sized" amount of ointment is necessary.
